Program description
Brikay Glass operates a text messaging program from (305) 390-1665. When you opt in, you may receive text messages about your inquiry, estimates and quotes, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, project and installation updates, invoices, and customer service. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive occasional special offers.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking "Yes, text me" on the estimate request or Text Us form at brikayglass.com and submitting the form, or by texting us first at (305) 390-1665 and agreeing when we ask. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can choose "No thanks" and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project and conversations with us. Promotional messages, if you opt in to them, are limited to 4 per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Brikay Glass does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Sample messages
- "Brikay Glass: Hi Maria, thanks for your request. Does Tue 10am work for your free estimate? Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Brikay Glass: Reminder, your installation is tomorrow at 8am. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Timing
We send texts only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in your local time, unless you are replying to a message you sent us.
Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update means you accept the new terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
